If a rental dumpster sits on a public right-of-way, such as a city or county street, then a permit might be necessary for your jobsite. If the property is located in an HOA neighborhood, there may be additional limitations on the placement of the rental dumpster. When you set up delivery of your roll off container, we will review any permitting requirements with you and help you obtain all the necessary paperwork.
