Ordering a dumpster has never been easier:
Inert dumpsters are intended for single use with heavy materials. Appropriate waste for an inert dumpster includes concrete, asphalt, bricks, and dirt. It is important not to mix materials in an inert dumpster.
Construction waste – Old furniture – Recycling – Home renovation – Residential cleaning – Moving – Window replacements
While junk removal teams deal with prohibited items that sometimes cannot be stored in a dumpster, they are much pricier and haul fewer items than a traditional dumpster would. By contrast, dumpster rentals come in multiple sizes and store much more waste. They are cheaper, but some items cannot be stored in them. We also deliver our dumpsters directly to your site and offer a flat rate for a two-week rental, allowing you to work when you want rather than when a junk removal company can fit you into their busy schedule.
Dumpster rentals are priced based on a multitude of factors including client location and the size of the dumpster. We offer a flat-rate price for 2-week rental periods. This price includes dumpster delivery and pickup, as well as any additional fees and taxes. Once a dumpster is returned, its weight is measured, and an additional charge will be incurred if the weight exceeds an agreed-upon amount. Certain conditions, such as extreme weather or exceeding the dumpster’s weight limit, may incur additional fees or delayed pickup or delivery.
Depending on the size of your driveway, most dumpsters up to 20 cubic yards can be stored on your property without requiring a permit. It is important to check with your Home-Owners Association to ensure that your rental does not violate any neighborhood-specific codes.
Dumpsters larger than 20 yards will likely need to be stored on the street, usually requiring a right-of-way permit from your city. This is because these dumpsters block public-access roads, potentially obstructing vehicles and sightlines if not stored carefully and safely.
