(24 feet long x 8 feet wide x 8 feet tall) – 14 pickup trucks
Got a really big cleanup job? We’ve got you covered! Our 40 cubic yard dumpster measures in at 8 by 24 feet. It is the largest in our inventory and is the preferred choice for large construction and cleanup jobs. Even though this roll off is huge, it’s easy to load in your trash with its accessible swinging back door access. Simply walk or drive in your trash for dumping at the front of the dumpster. The 40-yard capacity is the equivalent of 14 pickup truck loads or 250 bags full of trash and can hold the bulkiest of waste. With a 6-ton weight limit, you can clean up your big mess easily and quickly.

We offer special rates for particularly heavy waste and for jobs running longer than our standard rental period.

The likely answer is yes. 40 yard dumpsters are the largest size in our inventory. These dumpsters usually won't fit on a standard driveway. Unless you can place this bin on your property, you will need to secure a permit from the City of Houston.
We cannot guarantee any specific times of day for delivery or pickup. Our windows are 6 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday. You are welcome to put in a request and our team will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.
Electronics are not allowed in any of our dumpsters. They are considered hazardous waste, and must be taken to a proper e-recycling facility for disposal.
Overweight dumpsters will see charges tacked on per extra ton. For example: if you rent a 15 yard dumpster at a weight limit of 2 tons and the dumpster has a weight content of 3 tons, you will be charged a fee for that extra ton. To prevent overweight charges, we recommend monitoring what you're throwing away and how much of it. Certain materials will weigh more than others, so its good not to get caught off guard.
