There are some cases where a junk-removal service works best, such as getting rid of one of two large items. However, dumpster rental is the preferred solution for many cleanup jobs because it is usually cheaper than hiring a one-time service. At Discount Dumpster, we recognize that most of our clients have a budget to stick to, so we keep our fees affordable. Having a dumpster at your home or jobsite gives you the flexibility to fill the bin with junk throughout your entire project. When you’re ready, just schedule a collection time.
At Discount Dumpster, we pride ourselves on our low prices. When you call us, we’ll give you a customized quote for your project so you know from the beginning what your rental will cost. Generally, the fees you pay depend on how long you rent your dumpster and how big of a bin you need. If you aren’t sure what size dumpster you need or how long your project will take, talk to one of our friendly team members. We’ll help you figure out the best plan for your needs and budget.
At Discount Dumpster, we are happy to take care of the permitting process for you. In many cases, however, you may not even need to apply for a permit. Most permit regulations refer to bins placed in public areas, such as a sidewalk or street. If you can store the bin on your driveway or on another part of your property, you may not need an official permit, though you might need to get permission from your HOA.
While you can place most types of household and light construction waste in a rental bin, there are some exceptions. Generally, you must use other disposal methods for hazardous materials such as asbestos, medical waste, old electronics, and tires. If you have any questions about the materials that you need to dispose of, give us a call!
