We are not able to guarantee same day delivery of your dumpster rental. However we regularly have availability the very next business day.
Yes. Each dumpster we rent is a flat rate price. The quote includes delivery, pickup, taxes and fees. There will not be any surprises when you get your bill. Just make sure you do not exceed the fill line or the weight limit of your dumpster.
If our driver cannot pick up your dumpster (something is blocking the way, the dumpster is overfilled, or there are prohibited items in the container), you will be charged a trip fee.
This charge can be easily avoided by keeping out prohibited items, keeping items under the fill line, and making sure the driver can have access to the dumpster rental.
You do not need to be present for dumpster delivery. Unless stated otherwise, our delivery window is 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. We’ll ask you where you would like the dumpster placed and let our driver know. You do not need to cancel plans or skip work to wait for your dumpster to be delivered or picked up.
Mattresses ARE NOT allowed to be disposed of in your dumpster. This is due to the local landfill ordinances and the protocols of our drivers. If mattresses are placed in your dumpster, pick-up will likely be refused by our drivers until they are removed.
