Serious projects are often too much for a junk removal company to handle. While junk removal is just what you need to haul big ticket items like a furnace or air conditioning unit, they simply can’t keep up with high volumes of miscellaneous waste.
Renting a dumpster is your best bet when it comes to keeping your worksite clean. With dumpster waste services, the minute you generate waste, you can then dispose of it, leaving your site clear for your work-in-progress.
Dumpster rental pricing is about more than the waste container itself. It’s about understanding the parameters of your project so you’re matched with the best services for you, on top of a quality dumpster.
The size of the dumpster, the location of your work site, your rental schedule, and the type of debris you’ll be tossing in the dumpster all impact your quote. Call our office to receive a quote specific to your needs, which includes the cost of delivery, pickup, hauling, environmental, and disposal.
To the untrained eye, it may seem like renting a waste removal unit is a one size fits all process. But the truth is that the right dumpster rental can even making the difference between hitting or missing a project deadline, simply because you’ll end up spending all your time managing waste.
Our team at Discount Dumpster has the first-hand knowledge of projects big and small to match you with the perfect waste container. Let us assess your project so we can match you with a roll off that meets your needs.
Whether or not you need a permit to rent a dumpster all depends on whether or not you intend to place that dumpster on public property. If you place it on your own private property, you likely don’t need a permit.
You will need to apply for a permit, however, if you’ll need to place your rental on public properties. If you belong to a Homeowners Association (HOA), you may also need to obtain their prior approval. Street placements are not allowed in the Dallas area.
At Discount Dumpster, we’re committed to hauling away as much of your waste as possible. But unfortunately we can’t take everything. Debris like cabinets, flooring, wood, and more are permitted.
