Our 10-yard compact dumpster container is ideal for delivery to your driveway or to the street in front of your home. It measures 12 feet long by 6 feet high and has low 4-feet high walls. This makes it easy and convenient to fill up with all your cleanup trash. It holds the equivalent of 4 pickup loads of trash. Be sure not to fill your dumpster over the top rail to allow for pickup by our driver. It has a weight limit of 3 tons (6,000 pounds), so you can pack a lot into this small dumpster. Avoid overweight charges by not overfilling your dumpster or compacting the trash. Let us know if you have any particularly heavy waste to dispose of when you call to order your dumpster.
A 10 yard dumpster rental in Phoenix starts at $340 and runs to $490. We offer a flat rate pricing model. Your final price will vary depending on your location, how long you need your dumpster, and seasonal availability. We don’t tack on any hidden fees at the end of your rental period. But do take care not to exceed the weight limit for your dumpster container. If your dumpster is too heavy when weighed at the landfill, there could be an additional excess weight fee.

The City of Phoenix only requires permits for dumpster placements on streets or other public areas. A 10 yard dumpster is our smallest size and can easily fit on most residential driveways, so you can likely skip the permit process. However, if your property is under the guise of an HOA, you must secure their permission first before you can proceed.
We are unable to guarantee any specific times for delivery or pickup. We will drop off/pickup the dumpster between 6 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
A 10 yard dumpster is best used for residential projects such as yard cleanups or home decluttering. If your project fits those parameters, a 10 yard is all you need! For slightly larger residential projects, we may recommend a 15 or 20 yard dumpster. Large commercial projects would likely need a 30 or 40 yard dumpster.
Overfilled dumpsters will not be picked up by us come the designated pickup day. Transporting overfilled dumpsters is a safety hazard to the public, as well as being illegal in most localities. Once pickup is refused, you will be charged a costly trip fee for our driver's time.
