Permits should only be needed by the City of Phoenix if your dumpster is placed on a street or other public-right-of-way. Private property placements do not require a city permit. However, if your property is governed by any kind of HOA (homeowners association) we ask you secure their permission before proceeding with delivery.
Discount Dumpster does not deliver on weekends. Our standard delivery windows are 6 Am - 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
A 15 yard dumpster is best for residential projects such as landscaping or small home renovations. We would not advise using a 15 yard bin for heavy-duty construction work.
An overweight dumpster will see additional fees added onto your rental costs per extra ton. So, if you rent a 10 yard dumpster with a weight allowance of 2 tons, and the dumpster weighs 3 tons at the landfills, you will be charged for that additional ton. We advise watching the contents of your dumpster closely to prevent overweight charges.
