The clearance needed is the length of the container, plus the room needed to tip the container onto your driveway. Unless your driveway is very short, it should fit just fine. This dumpster is easy to load with short 4-feet high walls. This allows you to toss or dump your waste easily. The total capacity of this dumpster is 20 cubic yards, which is equal to about 120 extra-large trash bags. This dumpster should be kept under its 4 tons weight limit to avoid any overweight fees.

Permits are only needed by the City of Phoenix for street placements. Placing the dumpster on your private property will allow you to bypass the permit process. However, a 20 yard dumpster may not fit on everyone's property neatly. Also, even if you can, you will likely need to clear the placement spot with your neighborhood HOA (if you have one).
Discount Dumpster is unable to promise weekend deliveries. Our standard window for drop-offs is 6 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday. You are welcome to ask about weekend delivery and our staff will see if it can be done.
We like to call the 20 yarder a "middling" size. Its bog enough to handle larger projects, yet not so big as to block critical infrastructure. This makes the dumpster good for larger residential projects and smaller commercial projects. A 20 yard shouldn't be used for large construction, yet could be used for office cleanouts or strip-mall refurbishing.
Electronic devices are not allowed for disposal in your rental dumpster. These items are listed as hazardous and will not be accepted in most landfills in the Phoenix area. Electronics and batteries must be brought to an e-recycling plant for disposal.
