Since the 40 yard dumpster is our largest size, its unlikely you can place it neatly on a standard driveway. In the case of street placements, you will need to secure a permit from the City of Chicago. Contact your local permitting authority for the details on how to get started.
Discount Dumpster cannot deliver or pickup a dumpster on the Weekends in the Chicago area. Our standard delivery/pickup window is 6 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
No electronic devices or batteries can be disposed of in your dumpster. Doing so can accrue extra fees. Items like electronics must be taken to proper recycling facilities for disposal.
No matter the size, a dumpster should never be overfilled. An overfilled container will result in a pickup rejection by our hauler. Once this happens, you will be charged a costly trip fee for the day.
