Miami's Most Reliable and Affordable Dumpster Rental Service

We are proud to provide the Miami area with high-quality dumpster rentals. Our versatile sizes and flexible timelines give every project the customization it needs.

Which is the Best Option: Dumpster Rental Services or a Junk Hauler?

If you have a small project to do and will have a few items, then a junk hauler might do the job just fine. But if you’ll have more than a single load, you can’t beat the convenience and affordability you get from a dumpster rental company. A dumpster delivered to your home or job site has many more benefits.

Dumpster rentals keep your site clean and safe. With one low flat fee, you’ll save money over multiple trips from a junk hauler. Even our smallest size can hold more than a standard junk removal company truck. Get waste management services that you can afford.

DUMPSTER RENTAL RESOURCES

Renting a roll off for your home projects

Do I Need Permit from the City of Miami for a Rental Dumpster at My Home or Job Site?

While a dumpster delivered onto your driveway typically won’t need a permit, street placement may require the city’s permission. We suggest that you contact your HOA to find out if there are any restrictions on a rental dumpster at your property or on the length of time you can have a dumpster out in front of your home.

Whenever vehicle or foot traffic is blocked in a public area, there may be a need for a right-of-way permit. This ensures that the City of Miami and the public are able to access these spaces freely.

Let us know if you plan to have your dumpster delivered on the street in front of your home or business. We’ll help determine if a permit could be needed.

What are Some Items That Should Never Be Put in a Rental Dumpster?

Local, county, and EPA regulations prohibit the disposal of several types of hazardous materials in our community’s landfills. This includes:

  • wet paint
  • large appliances
  • medical waste
  • chemicals
  • electronics
  • tires
  • mattresses
  • vehicle fluids
  • fluorescent bulbs
  • asbestos
  • propane tanks

Avoid tossing any of the mentioned items in your bin. Otherwise, you could face a pickup rejection and costly local landfill fees.

We are happy to share information about community resources for alternative means of disposal, including local recycling services and hazardous household waste facilities. Check our prohibited items resource for more details.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Happens If I Fill My Dumpster to the Top?

You should keep your load under the top rail of your dumpster container. If the roll off container is filled above the top of the dumpster, it cannot be safely transported. Further, you run the risk of making the container heavier than the weight limit. Our largest dumpsters feature a swing door at the back, making loading easier. Fill these dumpsters from the front to back, making sure to not extend materials past the top of the dumpster. Our operators will not transport an overfilled dumpster, and you may be charged a fee if it contains too much material for the size.

Do You Charge for Water Weight?

Rainwater can accumulate in your dumpster container during stormy weather events. When your dumpster is picked up, it is tipped onto the hauling truck. Most of the accumulated water should drain out at this time. However, if there is an excessive amount of water, some may be retained in the container. Depending on the amount of water in the bottom of your dumpster, this could add some weight to the load. To minimize this, cover your dumpster with a tarp or plastic sheeting during any rainstorms.

How Do You Determine the Weight of a Dumpster?

The final weight of your rental dumpster is measured at the landfill. When our operators arrive at the landfill, they drive the hauling truck onto a scale. The waste is then dumped, and the truck with the now-empty container returns to the scale. It is weighed again as it exits the facility. The final weight of your load is the difference between the starting and ending weight. Our flat rate includes a standard weight allowance. If the weight of your trash exceeds this amount, you may be subject to an overweight fee. To keep from having to pay this fee, do not discard excessively heavy material in your dumpster, including concrete, soil, roofing shingles, floor tiles, or stone and rocks. We offer special plans and pricing for heavy material so you won’t have overweight charges and to ensure the safety of our operators.

Why Can’t I Throw Away Mattresses in my Dumpster Rental?

While a mattress may fit into your roll off container, you should not toss it into your dumpster. Mattresses do not break down easily in a landfill, as they are not biodegradable. With over 20 million mattresses disposed of each year, this represents a significant impact on the local environment. Because of this, many municipalities, counties, and states ban old mattresses from their landfills. Mattresses are also often contaminated with bodily fluids and bedbugs, making them a biohazardous waste item. Instead of throwing your old mattress out, you should donate or recycle it through a community recycling program. You can find a recycling center near you by entering an address at the link, then selecting the Garbage & Recycling tab.

How Much Does it Cost to Throw Away Tires?

Used tires are not considered a typical household or construction waste item. In many locales, tires are restricted from landfill disposal. If you’d prefer to recycle your tires yourself, there are several facilities in the Miami-Dade County region that accept used tires, with locations in Sunset Kendall, Snapper Creek, Eureka Drive, Norwood, and West Little River.

Do You Operate on Weekends?

Our operating hours include each weekday with limited hours on Saturdays. We work with our customers to provide reliable and timely service. When you call, let us know if you have any specific requests for delivery. We often have availability for next-day and weekend delivery. However, you must request this when you call to order your dumpster, and we cannot guarantee either delivery or pickup on a weekend.
