Because of the size of a 40-yard dumpster, you most likely will need a city permit. Unlike other smaller dumpsters, a 40-yard container may not fit in your job site or driveway, hence the need for a permit. and will not fit on most standard driveways. The short answer is NO. Electronics and batteries contain hazardous materials, which are not acceptable in landfills. Therefore, we do not accept it for disposal in your dumpster. You should not overfill your dumpster. An overfilled dumpster is not safe for transportation. Besides, we may not be allowed to carry or offload overloaded dumpsters. Hence, our haulers will refuse to pick up any dumpster that is filled too high. Additionally, you will have to bear the costly trip fee on top of your rental costs.
