Rent a dumpster for your cleanup in five easy steps!
Hosting an event An overdue cleaning project — Patio removal — Flooding — Furniture — Large cleanup event — Home additions — Business remodel
Our family has been in the dumpster rental business for over twenty years, and we've been Orlando and Sanford's go-to waste disposal service since 2018. Our dumpsters have helped on home projects, business renovations, and professional construction job sites. We make it easy to rent a dumpster and keep our prices as low as they've always been.
Every waste removal job is different and the needs of every project is different. Many people choose junk removal services because they only have one or two large items to remove. Others may choose to hire a junk removal company because they cannot physically life the waste to place it in a dumpster.
We find that our clients prefer dumpster rental because it allows them to store the container at their job site and dispose of waste as they finish a job. They have the flexibility of our two-week (or more) rental period so they can work on their own time. Our clients also find that dumpster rental is usually much cheaper than hiring a junk removal service.
We deliver all around the Orlando area, including in:

We make sure to go over all of our pricing up front so you're not left wondering what you're paying for.

If you are able to store the container on private property then you will not need a right of way permit.
However, if you place your dumpster on a public right of way, a permit may be required.
A right of way is land that is owned by the city. The City of Sanford requires a right of way permit if you will be storing your dumpster on city property such as a street, sidewalk, or alley.
We can help guide you through the permitting process and answer any questions about dumpster placement.
There are some materials and items that can’t be thrown out in a dumpster or landfill. These items are typically dangerous to our employees or the environment. Examples of these items include, but are not limited to:
