Check with all relevant authorities before scheduling a rental. This includes your HOA and Pima County. Permit requirements usually depend on placement location and length of the rental period. If your local authorities allows a dumpster placement on your property, permits likely aren't needed. However, a permit will be required to place your roll off dumpster on the street.
