We know that cost is one of the biggest factors in your decision to rent a dumpster, so we keep our prices low and explain everything so you know exactly what you are paying for. The cost of your rental is based on several things: the bin size you choose, the weight of your trash, the length of your rental, and your location.
You don’t have to wait until your project is done to find out how much you owe for your roll off container. We give you an up-front quote for a standard two-week rental period. This price includes everything - delivery, pickup, taxes, and landfill fees.
You never have to worry about hidden markups or surprise charges. If you need more than 14 days, we can accommodate your schedule. Call us to get more information about changes for long-term rentals.
Each roll off dumpster comes with a pre-determined weight limit, and your rental costs are based on the weight of your trash, not the volume. Our experienced staff can help you estimate the weight of debris from your project, so you get the right container size. If you go over the estimated weight, that's totally fine! But the extra fees we incur at the landfill will be billed to you.

In most cases, the placement of the dumpster determines whether you need to apply for a permit. For example, you probably won’t need to get a permit if you can keep the dumpster on your own property and off of any public access areas.
If your neighborhood has an HOA, there may be restrictions on where you can place a rental dumpster. We deliver to many different neighborhoods in Madison, so we can help you figure out the best placement location.
If you can’t fit the container on your own property and need to place it on a street or other public area, you’ll probably need to apply for a right-of-way permit. You can find and print out the form for a permit from the City of Madison website. If you have any questions, please call the City Offices at 608-266-4558.
We are also happy to help with any permit questions you may have!
Federal EPA regulations and Dane County laws prohibit disposal of hazardous materials in a rental dumpster. To protect yourself, our operators, and the community, please keep dangerous items out of your dumpster:
The Dane County Clean Sweep facility can handle most types of hazardous waste. You can also contact the county or our customer care team for details on how to recycle some items. For example, you may be able to find many electronics manufacturers accept e-waste for recycling. It’s important to keep recyclables clean and free of contaminants such as food debris.
