You are not required to obtain a permit for your dumpster if it’s placed in your driveway or on your property, like on a driveway.
However, if you're renting one of our larger dumpster sizes and need to place it on a street, alley, or sidewalk, you might need to apply for a right-of-way permit. You can check with the city planner by calling 405-485-9392, Ext. 112. We are also happy to help with any permit questions you may have.
