Requirements for permits vary from city to city.
You probably won’t need to apply for a permit if you are having your dumpster placed in your driveway or on your property.
However, if you need to place your dumpster on a public right of way, such as a street or sidewalk, you may need to get a permit. These permits can be obtained through an application process through the City of El Reno.

Landfills are regulated by the EPA, and the following items should not be put in your dumpster:
