Living in a rural community, it’s unlikely you’ll need a permit. Permits are necessary when a dumpster cannot be placed on your property and must sit on a city street or sidewalk. The Environmental Protection Agency prohibits hazardous materials from going to standard landfills. The following items are not allowed in your dumpster:
Hazardous waste can be disposed of at the Oklahoma City Household Hazardous Waste Facility, which is located at 1621 S.
