There are several factors to consider in this regard. If your dumpster is placed on your property, a permit may not be needed. However, this can depend on the delivery spot and rental period length. If your rental needs to be placed on an ROW zone (public property) then a permit will likely be needed. The Town of Waxhaw has all necessary permit information.
