Weight Allowance: Each dumpster comes with a weight allowance. If you exceed this allowance, we will be charged the overage fees at the landfill and those fees will be billed back to you.
Rental Duration: We have a typical rental period of 14 days (two weeks). If you need more time, we'll be happy to prorate extra days for you.
Our 10-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard dumpsters usually fit on residential driveways, and therefore, a permit is not needed for private property. If you need to place the dumpster on a public or residential street, you will most likely need to get a permit. Any construction/demolition work that takes up space on a public street, sidewalk, or alley must get approval first.

There's a lot that you can place in your rental dumpster. Prohibited items that CANNOT be placed in your dumpster rental mostly include non-biodegradable items like electronics, tires, SOD, batteries, paint, vehicle fluids, refrigerants, medical waste, and electronic appliances. Some localities have even more specified items that are prohibit in dumpsters, such as animal waste.
The reason certain items are not allowed is because they aren't biodegradable. They take a long time to break down, and in the process, can leak dangerous materials into the landfill and the surrounding environment.
