When we start calculating a price, we take a look at a couple of different factors. We start with a low, flat-rate, and then depending on the dumpster size you need, the weight allowance of your waste, the length of the rental, and your location, we start to collect the fees associated with those. In the end, we'll give you a quote that includes everything in an itemized list, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

Certain items are not allowed to be placed in a roll off dumpster due to federal and local regulations. These items include:
If these items are in the dumpster when the container is brought to the dump it will be turned away and you will be charged an extra fee for a rejected dumpster. The reason these items are so closely monitored is that when they break down, they can leak harmful chemicals into the landfill and the environment.
If you have questions about a specific prohibited item or want to know where you can safely dispose of them, give us a call!
Permits are not needed for private property placements, such as a driveway. If you need to place your dumpster on public property like a street, sidewalk, or alley, then you will have to secure a permit. Permits cost $50 in the Denver Metro Area. Placements cannot be arranged for arterial streets in any way. Also, if you reserve a mixed-heavy bin, you cannot place it on the street. Reach out to us with any questions you have regarding permits.
