If your dumpster needs to be placed on a public right-of-way, you will need a permit. The right-of-way includes streets, highways, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and alleys. If your container will impede any of these areas, you will need to get a permit from the City of Englewood. Permits in the Denver Metro Area tend to cost $50 to apply. Permits cannot be issued for arterial streets. Also, if you reserve a mixed-heavy bin, know that it cannot be placed on the street.
