The Town of Columbine Valley lies in Arapahoe County. While the town does not generally require permits for right-of-way use (that is, public streets and sidewalks), the County could require a permit if there would be a street blockage or closure due to the placement of your rental dumpster. If you need a permit, they cost around $50 for an application. Placements cannot be made on arterial streets, nor can mixed-heavy bins be placed on a street.
