Most dumpster rentals don't need a permit for private property, like a driveway or a private lot. Dumpsters used for general residential renovations and household trash won't need permits unless an HOA says otherwise. If you are planning to put the dumpster on a right-of-way, then a permit will be required.
Permits cost $50 in the Denver area. Permits cannot be pulled for arterial streets or if you reserve a mixed-heavy bin for street placement. If you do need a permit, we will file the application for you. Just one more way we make it easy.
