When you rent with Discount Dumpster, you will receive a 14-day rental period so you can finish your project at your own pace. Placing your dumpster on your private property normally doesn't require a permit. If you plan to place a dumpster on the street you may need a City of Aurora Temporary Use Permit. Keep in mind, however, permits cannot be issued for placements on an arterial street. Also, a mixed-heavy container is not allowed on the street.
There may be a nominal permit fee, yet the permits allows the city to be aware of right-of-ways that may be blocked. You should contact your local HOA with the specs of your project to determine if a permit will be needed.
